Look for the details

Week 6

This week in our exercise we will be building on the previous weeks. We will be working to improve on recalling details. The exercise has us looking at a photograph of a person or people before we do our meditation and then recall and picture the details of the photograph in our minds. 

Our ability to look at something and remember details afterwards is not something many people can do. By doing this we are “cultivating the power of attention” and this is a huge part of the law of attraction. By doing this we remain “present”. How many times have we been preoccupied when we met someone or visited someplace and we missed the details? 

In order to cultivate the power of attention, bring a photograph with you to the same seat in the same room in the same position as heretofore. Examine it closely at least ten minutes, note the expression of the eyes, the form of the features, the clothing, the way the hair is arranged; in fact, note every detail shown on the photograph carefully. Now cover it and close your eyes and try to see it mentally; if you can see every detail perfectly and can form a good mental image of the photograph, you are to be congratulated; if not, repeat the process until you can.

Visualize

Week 4

Exercising your mind helps you focus, gives you inspiration, and helps you achieve our goals. 

One way to exercise your mind is through the daily meditations we have been doing. 

Another way is through “Visualization”. The simple act of quieting your mind and visualizing something positive reduces the amount of stress you are continually bombarded with on a daily basis.

Visualize the events, circumstances and conditions which these spiritual connections may assist in manifesting. Realize the fact that the essence and soul of all things is spiritual and that the spiritual is the real, because it is the life of all there is; when the spirit is gone, the life is gone; it is dead; it has ceased to exist.

Don’t fear Criticism

Week 3

Your solar plexus is the center of your self esteem, willpower and self discipline. This is the heart and soul of your subconscious thinking.

When your solar plexus is blocked, you have low self esteem, are highly sensitive, and are prone to anxiety, depression and addiction.

Someone with a solar plexus that is open and balanced radiates courage, power, health, strength and harmony. They will not fear criticism from others because they are confident in their abilities and know that they have the strength to overcome any challenge.

Our solar plexus becomes balanced by meditation, exercise, visualization, affirmations and deep breathing.
