Life is an unfoldment, not an accretion. This seems contrary to what see and hear around us. It seems we’ve been told that we need to achieve and acquire more, we need more money, a prominent career, a soul mate etc. in order to find happiness. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Instead life is an unfoldment. Like a precious gift cloaked in folded paper – and when we open it, we reveal something remarkable that had been wrapped inside the entire time. Something we were already in possession of — We just didn’t know it.

The growth of a tree or plant does not happen by adding to the outside, but by powers within. In the same way, all peace and joy and harmony come to you – not from outside forces, but unfolded and revealed by powers you already possess within you.

Two worlds

There are two worlds each of us live in. The “world without” which is everything we see and have and associate with and the “world within”, the world of your inner dialogue, where thoughts and dreams, worries and fears, courage and confidence, are formed and developed.

Your mind is creative and it has an in enormous amount of power over the “world without”…. but it depends upon your method of thinking. Everything you have in your physical world, was at one time a thought.

Read chapter one

During this journey, you are asked to perform a daily meditation for 15-30 minutes. If you are having difficulty finding the time in your day to perform the daily exercises, you are encouraged to try them the first and last 15 minutes of your day; before getting out of bed each morning and before going to sleep each night. Doing them multiple times a day will enhance the experience.

It’s not as easy as it sounds.

This week:

Try to be perfectly still for 15-20 minutes or more.

Select a room where you can be alone and undisturbed … let your thoughts roam where they will but be perfectly still for from fifteen minutes to half an hour; continue this for three or four days or for a week until you secure full control of your physical being.

Master Key Journey

I hope you have enjoyed this Journey. We will begin all over again on Monday with week One of the Master Key System. If you have followed along these past 10 weeks, you are encouraged to continue on with the book and lessons on your own. Let me know if you have any questions.

A Powerful Affirmation

Week 9

What can a simple affirmation do for you?? According to “The Master Key System” they can bring about harmonious conditions. Does it work? Try it this week and see what happens.  Repeat this affirmation, ” I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy”

Some will say, that’s too much to remember! But if you dedicate yourself to this exercise it will be quite easy. Begin memorizing it by saying “I am” adding the first word, then add each additional word until you are able to repeat the entire affirmation.  Keep repeating it in your mind.

Now that you’ve memorized it, throughout your day today and for the next few weeks, whenever you have thoughts of worry, fear, or anxiety repeat the affirmation.
