I’m getting better and better

Week 2

By taking time this week to sit quietly,  we become aware of just how much chatter we have going on in our heads. This week we took the time to try and silence and stop our negative thoughts of worry and fear, if only for 15 minutes. These are the first steps in realizing the law of attraction. For it is through the discipline of changing our subconscience thoughts that we change our outside world.

Choose a positive affirmation or “happy thought” to replace your negative ones. A favorite one is, “Every day in every way I am getting better and better.”

Affirming for others

Week 9

Do you know someone who is struggling? Who desires for happiness and harmony? Then you should say affirmations with them in mind and it will help both of you.

When we affirm our positive thoughts into others, we encourage others to grow. It also connects us spiritually and helps us lift them up giving them hope and encouragement. Your words, your thoughts, your prayers, can actually change the heart of someone else. By giving away positive affirmations to others, we lay a foundation for healthy, happy relationships.

Today, choose one person you believe needs a positive affirmation. Then repeat this affirmation with them in mind.

A Powerful Affirmation

Week 9

What can a simple affirmation do for you?? According to “The Master Key System” they can bring about harmonious conditions. Does it work? Try it this week and see what happens.  Repeat this affirmation, ” I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy”

Some will say, that’s too much to remember! But if you dedicate yourself to this exercise it will be quite easy. Begin memorizing it by saying “I am” adding the first word, then add each additional word until you are able to repeat the entire affirmation.  Keep repeating it in your mind.

Now that you’ve memorized it, throughout your day today and for the next few weeks, whenever you have thoughts of worry, fear, or anxiety repeat the affirmation.

The Affirmation

Week 4

Whenever negative thoughts or worry enter our mind this week, consciously  replace them with a planned affirmation. One of the most powerful affirmations we can use is, “I can be what I will to be.”

Each time we repeat it, we should realize who the “I” is. Saying this affirmation, we recognize that using “concentrated thought” on the things we set our hearts on – transforms our desires from hope to manifestation. The “I can” becomes “I will” and as we persist, we begin to see the actions we must take in order to bring about the change we desire to fruition. Once we identify the actions, the key is to act upon them.

9. If you cannot do these things it is because you have thus far not made the necessary effort. Now is the time to make the effort. The result will be exactly in proportion to the effort expended. One of the strongest affirmations which you can use for the purpose of strengthening the will and realizing your power to accomplish, is, “I can be what I will to be.”

10. Every time you repeat it realize who and what this “I” is; try to come into a thorough understanding of the true nature of the “I”; if you do, you will become invincible; that is, provided that your objects and purposes are constructive and are therefore in harmony with the creative principle of the Universe.

Don’t fear Criticism

Week 3

Your solar plexus is the center of your self esteem, willpower and self discipline. This is the heart and soul of your subconscious thinking.

When your solar plexus is blocked, you have low self esteem, are highly sensitive, and are prone to anxiety, depression and addiction.

Someone with a solar plexus that is open and balanced radiates courage, power, health, strength and harmony. They will not fear criticism from others because they are confident in their abilities and know that they have the strength to overcome any challenge.

Our solar plexus becomes balanced by meditation, exercise, visualization, affirmations and deep breathing.
