By taking time this week to sit quietly, we become aware of just how much chatter we have going on in our heads. This week we took the time to try and silence and stop our negative thoughts of worry and fear, if only for 15 minutes. These are the first steps in realizing the law of attraction. For it is through the discipline of changing our subconscience thoughts that we change our outside world.
Choose a positive affirmation or “happy thought” to replace your negative ones. A favorite one is, “Every day in every way I am getting better and better.”
