Control Your Thoughts

Week 2


This week during our meditation exercise we are asked to “Inhibit all thought” this means that you should recognize when your thoughts are negative or filled with worry and fear and practice stopping or changing the thought.

This will be extremely difficult at first, but with practice becomes easier. If it helps, whenever a negative thought pops into your head, try concentrating on something happening at the moment; a clock ticking, a bird chirping, the breath your taking.
