During this journey, you are asked to perform a daily meditation for 15-30 minutes. If you are having difficulty finding the time in your day to perform the daily exercises, you are encouraged to try them the first and last 15 minutes of your day; before getting out of bed each morning and before going to sleep each night. Doing them multiple times a day will enhance the experience.
It's not as easy as it sounds.
Try to be perfectly still for 15-20 minutes or more.
Select a room where you can be alone and undisturbed … let your thoughts roam where they will but be perfectly still for from fifteen minutes to half an hour; continue this for three or four days or for a week until you secure full control of your physical being.
