For your exercise this week, In your mind, draw a black square. Try to see the square perfectly; when you can do so draw a circle within the square; now place a point in the center of the circle; now draw the point toward you about 10 inches; now you have a cone on a square base; you will remember that your work was all in black; change it to white, to red, to yellow.
These exercises are about stretching our imagination. When we use this process to concentrate on solutions to our troubles we begin to get answers. So many people see a problem ahead and imagine the worse possible outcome. But when we think about and concentrate on the way would like things to happen instead, we somehow get pointed i that direction.
