Constructive thoughts

Week 8

Form the habit of analyzing your thoughts; Keeping the thoughts that are beneficial and replacing the thoughts that are not.  Your imagination will assist you with this. Imagination is the key to changing thoughts. It is the light, the instrument and the power to guide your future. 
I love this quote from George Matthew Adams: 

 “Learn to keep the door shut, keep out of your mind, out of your office, and out of your world, every element that seeks admittance with no definite helpful end in view.”

Don’t let your imagination get away from you, this causes fear, anxiety and stress. Practice shifting your negative thoughts in a positive direction.
