Week 4

Exercising your mind helps you focus, gives you inspiration, and helps you achieve our goals. 

One way to exercise your mind is through the daily meditations we have been doing. 

Another way is through "Visualization". The simple act of quieting your mind and visualizing something positive reduces the amount of stress you are continually bombarded with on a daily basis.
