By taking time this week to sit quietly, we become aware of just how much chatter we have going on in our heads. When we take the time to try and still the voice and replace negative thoughts with positive ones (even if it’s only for 15 minutes) we begin the first steps of realizing the law of attraction. For it is through the discipline of changing our subconscience thoughts that we change our outside world.
